“Some people can’t believe in themselves until someone else believes in them first.” – Sean Maguire, from Good Will Hunting
I know I've benefited from people believing in me over the years.
I do my best to believe in others as I know what difference it can make.
Believing comes in many forms:
🆘 When people are down - provide a 'hand' to lift them back up.
🔭 When people fall short - don't judge; explore why.
🌎 When people play safe - help them manage the risk of playing big
🔍 When people lack direction - help them focus
❤️ When people lack worth - help them feel worthy
Two questions:
1) What could you add to the list of how to believe in others?
2) Who do you know who could do with some belief?
