What’s your reason for missing breakfast?


There is a whole host of reasons why people miss breakfast including not feeling hungry, being time pressured and believing it will aid their weight loss. There’s a strong body of evidence that eating a healthy breakfast can reduce cravings later in the day and encourage us to make better choices for subsequent snacks and meals.

Eating low-GI, complex carbohydrates alongside a helping of protein at the start of the day will give your body all it needs in terms of energy, will kick-start your metabolism so you start burning more calories earlier in the day and will even help you make better decisions in and out of the workplace.
